Equus’ Channel program works exclusively with B-to-B computer resellers, managed service providers, solution providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). We do not sell to the general public or end users. Our primary goal is to deliver a channel-friendly engagement for our partners, providing tailored computing solutions at a reasonable price.
We tailor our systems to your needs, not the other way around. Unlike the MNC’s “buy any color as long as its black” process, Equus enables you to tailor your systems to meet your customer needs and continue with the same components throughout the life of the product.
With our Partner-Only PartnerLink Portal, our partners know they won’t be shopped by their customers. Equus maintains a constantly updated product portfolio that keeps our channel partners competitive in this ever-changing industry.
When it comes to support, our 100% US based support team is ready to work with our partners on any issues they may have, and our support and warranty options are extremely flexible to meet a wide range of Partner needs. Some of our partners may want to take first call and roll a technician to fix their customer’s issue. Others may elect to purchase an onsite warranty for their customer and have Equus dispatch the parts and technician to do the repair.
The only time Equus will ask for our partner’s end user information is if they have purchased an onsite warranty that Equus will be supporting, or if the partner would like us to dropship a system or component directly to their customer. Our focus is on our partners, and we let our partners focus on their customers.
